UPRA

 

The Underperformance Risk Assessment (UPRA) is a proprietary leadership assessment tool developed by Geode Talent Insights.

 

The UPRA collects data from multuple strategic interviews, the MSCEIT®-2, and the LIOC process. All data is compiled and their risk for causing underperformance is calculated using thousands of academically studied and proven data points. This is presented with easy-to-read language and diagrams that highlight the leader's background, details of prior performance, opinions, and more..

Understanding a leader's impact on organizational culture (IOC) is key to predicting how a leader may impact the performance of others within an organization.
